The curatorial practice I want to build would engage with the dynamic role of museums as social institutions by exploring how exhibitions can connect material culture, lived histories, and contemporary audiences.

[About.]

I work at the intersection of design, research, and curatorial practice, shaping exhibitions and narratives that explore how cultural objects carry memory, identity, and meaning. Through exhibitions, research, and writing, I seek to frame objects not only as artefacts but as vessels of stories, social histories, and evolving cultural values.
[Philosophy.]
Objects carry presence.
Whether encountered in a gallery, a museum, or an everyday setting, they hold traces of the contexts in which they were made and used. Through research and exhibition-making, I seek to reveal these layers, allowing audiences to encounter objects not only as artefacts but as expressions of culture, memory, and intention.

Design informs curation.
It encourages attention to form, material, and spatial relationships, shaping how objects are arranged, interpreted, and experienced. Curatorial practice, in turn, expands design beyond function, situating it within broader social and cultural narratives.

Aesthetics are experiential.
At the centre of my work is the belief that aesthetics are not merely visual—they are experiential. The atmosphere of an exhibition, the rhythm of objects in space, and the stories that surround them all contribute to how audiences connect with what they see.
